Supporting The People and Businesses on Delmarva
While BDK provides IT services to organizations all over the country, as a company that was created and is based on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, we take great pride in where we come from and strive to give back to our communities.
Every year, BDK donates to numerous organizations around Delmarva. Whether that’s sponsoring the local t-ball team, attending local-based Chamber events, or donating a Christmas tree to the annual Festival of the Trees fundraiser at the Tidewater Inn, being an involved member of the communities that enrich our lives and our children’s lives is critical.
When Edwina and I decided where we wanted to raise our family and build our business, our communities had a giant impact. There are a lot of people and businesses out here that try to do good, and we want to make sure we do our part and support where we can.
To me, service is giving back and participating in community initiatives that help ensure the betterment of society. I inherently believe that we are here to help each other, and it is our responsibility to better the lives of others around us. I make sure to instill this mindset in BDK’s business practices.
